Welcome to the New Mexico- Taste the Tradition® and Grown with Tradition® logo website!
The Taste the Tradition® and Grown with Tradition® program was created by the New Mexico Department of Agriculture Marketing and Development Division for the purpose of promoting agricultural products produced or made in the State of New Mexico. The program itself was created to help consumers, wholesalers, and retailers alike recognize locally produce products such as chile products, jellies, jerky, dairy products, and more.
By using the New Mexico- Taste the Tradition® or Grown with Tradition® logo on any products, producers, growers, farmers, and more are setting their products apart from the crowd. The logo acts as a signal to show that products carrying it were grown or processed in New Mexico. With so many people looking to support their local industries, companies, farmers, and more, the logo program fits into a marketing niche that has proved useful to everyone involved.
The Marketing and Development Division staff are continually promoting New Mexico products, aiding producers in finding markets for their goods and products, and connecting consumers with local companies. The New Mexico- Grown with Tradition® and Taste the Tradition® logos are a unique way for marketing specialists to increase awareness about local products and help promote sales for local businesses. We are proud to represent the producers, growers and processors of New Mexico.
